--> All items in this shop are made by order. As such, orders may take a day or two to make and are always mailed within 2-5 business days. However, Shopify's estimated times for delivery do not account for standard USPS delays. 

--> Once an order is dropped off at the Post Office it is out of my hands to be able to track your item. USPS may skip the label scanning, and as a result it may show as a "Pre-Transit" item until it is delivered.

*STORE POLICY*

-->While we do not accept returns, if an order is damaged in transit, we will do our best to make it right! If the items are marked as undelivered by USPS (or the wrong address), we can issue a refund once we have the order is again in hand.
